Well, I'm off. Err, well, I'll be off tomorrow. I'll be back on September 12th. I'll take pictures and write a report when I get home. On Monday I'll be seeing On a Clear Day, and on Tuesday I'll be seeing Green Street Hooligans (and, if all goes well, Elijah Wood will be viewing it with us).
(Pip, if you're interested, I'll tell you what Billy does in OACD when i get home. )
FF, you can delete this message whenever you want.

Greetings from Edinburgh! It's very nice over here. We went to a bagpipe festival a few hours ago, which was nice. There were about 1, 200 bagpipers, all in their kilts and everything.
Tomorrow we're going to do some sightseeing, and then it's off to watch OACD in the Film Festival (don't worry Pip, I won't say much about it).
Of the two cities in Scotland we're seen (Glasgow and Edinburgh), I like Edinburgh a bit better.
It's fun to drive on the 'wrong side of the road' again. It's very much like New Zealand ;D
Well, I have to go, I'll try to update at the next interenet cafe.
(and I'll try and say hi to Lij for you if I can, FF. But I'm not sure if I'll get a chance to talk to him or not.)

Hello! I'm currently in Aberdeen, Scotland. I don't have much time, but I'll say that On a Clear Day was very nice (I'll write more about it but not too much more] when I get back.)
I was actually kicked out Hooligans, since I was too young, but I got a little bit of a surprise, so I really didn't mind. I'll write about that when I get home.
Talk to you soon! Lor

well I'm sorry you couldn't see the movie, and I'm curious to know why, but hopfully this "surprise" was just as good as the movie. and I hope you had fun! please tell us what the surprise was, I'm dying to know!

*laughs* Heavens no, it was R-rated (or so I thought at the beginning). It turns out the age-limit was 19. And yes, the surprise was just as nice as the movie. But since I have very little time, I'll have to put it off until home.
We're at Loch Ness, so if I see the Loch Ness monster, I'll let you all know.
ttyl! Lor

(and I had lots of fun, Pip, thanks) I will say (as a beginning review) to be warned; You see a bit more of Billy than (I) necessarily ever wanted to. O___o ETA// *laughs* Terribly sorry, I meant the review for OACD. I knew you all knew that, but I was just clearing that up.

Well, I have a bit more time than the last internet cafe.
Because of that, I'll tell you the basic idea of the 'surprise', but I can't say everything because, of course, of time restraints.
(and please don't think I'm bragging, I was actually very much against this whole thing for most of the time)
The basic idea is that I got to have a private audience with Elijah Wood, and get a personalized autograph, as well as talk to him for several minutes (alought it was mostly him being concerned that I wasn't able to see the movie).
Eh, time's running out, terribly sorry, but I have to go.

Aragorn... the first time I saw him I thought "man he is so cool! I really hope he's not a bad guy."

Heh, yea. He was just as polite as he was at the ORc, which was pleasing.

Eh, sorry, that came out wrong. I meant to say that I'm glad he was so polite at this, I felt bad that I was holding up the Q&A session.
