In America, there will be a series called "Into the West", starting June 10, and it will be every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for 6 weeks. Sean Astin is listed as appearing in it, and was apparently seen in a trailer for it, but nothing is known about his character, or his character's role. I think I got a little pull out in a magazine about that! I was like "Into the West! YEAH!!! A LOTR thing!!!" but then... it wasn't... I was sooooo sad...

Eh, well, apparently Sean hasn't been in an episode yet, and my friend believes that he'll only be on next week's show.
And apparently it's not been terribly interesting (though I wouldn't trust my friend on that, she's not a big fan of western shows), so...I don't know.

Yea, I taped it, and I've got the tape. I can show it to you, but Sean doesn't have a HUGE part...
And the time for the rest of them is Friday at 8 and 10, Saturday at 8, and Sunday at 8 on channel 77. There won't be another one until...either next week or..the week after. Heh, that sounds dumb, but it went on a hiatus....last week....I think. XD

yes, i must say that is rather strange. ill try to catch an episode some time.. and id like to see the tape sometime if it works for you. perhaps wednesday if we get together for LOST? whatever. so who does Sean play, anyways? a cowboy? probably not an indian... er, native american.

He plays a prospector who struck gold, but then later on he loses all his money and never strikes rich again.
I'll be glad to show you his parts if we get together on Wednesday. I'll fast-forward it if you don't mind, there's a lot of yelling and violence in this episode which gets fairly old.
